The creative visionary behind bringing Petersham Nurseries to Covent Garden, Lara leads the team at La Goccia whilst remaining actively involved in all aspects of the business. The growth and success of Petersham Nurseries in recent years can be attributed to her ideas and determination. Taking the reins in 2011 as Managing Director, she has seamlessly woven her personal vision in strengthening the company’s philosophy and has been the driving force behind the development of the nurseries
Harry Boglione is the founder, owner and director of Haye Farm in Devon. As a child, he established the kitchen gardens at Petersham House and since then has developed his passion and knowledge for growing natural, fine produce.
Taking ownership of the farm in 2014, together with Emily and their young family, Harry grows, harvests and sells only organic produce to his customers and is an avid supporter of the Land Workers Alliance. The aspiration of Haye Farm is to create sustainable food systems which support high levels of productivity, whilst encouraging an increase in biodiversity and wildlife
Leading the team in the La Goccia kitchen, Sam is currently developing a refreshed menu for the season ahead-a truly nose-to-tail offering using the very best produce from Haye Farm. Young, eager and enthusiastic, Sam joins us from Jamie Oliver's St Paul's steak house, Barbecoa.
Head Pastry Chef at both The Petersham and La Goccia restaurants, Emma is passionate about experimenting with unusual, botanical flavours, and only uses natural ingredients and flavourings in her recipes-never chemicals or preservatives. Josh is on the market every morning picking out only the very best of the dayboat fish with his customers in mind. He is then straight back to the shop floor making sure everything going out is perfect.
